Mrs.Whites Place Tasting

Hello my kittens~~

Today I'm going to share with you the pics of a wonderful tasting 

I had today of the Breakfast/Brunch Menu

with Mrs.Whites place

Let me even though the amount of food isn't that huge *I shared it with 3 people*

I am still full from the food and it's almost six now

But the whole experience was just lovely

and the food was great

so here are the pictures of the tasting~

This is the Steak Omelet: was really good I'll give it 4/5 for the omelet lacking salt...

The BLT sandwich: Quite good, the roast beef is tasty, the mushrooms are nice the

Whole dish get a 4.5/5

The Scrambled eggs: don't let the extremely dark mushrooms fool you on the side

they were very well cooked and everything tasted great 4/5

These are the Chocolate pancakes: OMG they are awesome!!!

it was just great, the pancakes are a bit crunchy the inside was moist and the marshmallows 

melts every time you cut into it. 4.75/5

This is the Roast beef: nobody could tell from any angle that there was 

some nicely poached eggs hidden inside of it,

This tasted just lovely and amazing 4.75/5

The Chilli: Is by far my favourite dish, it tastes just amazing, the beans 

the beef, the spiciness was all just perfect, I love this dish so much 5/5  

Buttermilk Pancakes: I don't think I ever ate such buttery and fluffy pancakes, they are 

perfect pancakes, they melt in your mouth and the taste is just so nice it's just

one of those dish that make you smile for their simplicity but exact taste 4.75/5

The Waffles: I'm sad to say they're my least favourite dish, mainly because 

it was almost impossible to cut though the waffles

they were really tough, but after the battle with cutting them the taste was very nice, and the ice-cream adds 

2.5/5

The Crunchy French  Toast: The toast was so buttery you can easily cut through it with a spoon, it tastes just amazing, alongside the condensed milk casually decorated with, it's just a great lovely dish to eat

4.5/5

The Original French Toast: I can honestly say this was the best dish to start with

it was  buttery, fluffy, soft and extremely light

it was just purely simple nothing extravagant about it, but it's the simplicity that pulled me in 4.75/5

The signature cheesecakes from left to right,

 Red Velvet Cheesecake: This cheesecake was quite good, but for me I prefer my cheesecakes not to be too sweet, and this was, my sister said it tasted just fine, I guess it's just me. 3.75/5

Dulce De Luce Cheesecake: For me that cheesecake tasted more like an ice-cream cake rather than a cheesecake, the after taste was too much that of a cake, but that's not a bad thing, not to me anyway 4.3/5

Oreo Cheesecake: I found that this one is the only one that tastes the most like a cheesecake, I liked it very much it taster just right to me 4.75/5

I would like to thank Mrs.Whites Place for the lovely tasting, you can find them in 52 Degrees Tilal Complex 

In Shuwaikh, I recommend them, because I enjoyed the experience

and the interaction between me and the staff, they were so nice.

Apps For Studying

Hello my Kittens~~

Today I'm going to post a short review

about my favourite apps on Android 

that helps me a lot at Collage~

And I hope you find them helpful~

My ultimate Favourite~~

This is amazing it allows you to add your courses

and how many credits the course have 

the Contact information of the professor,

the office hours so everything about the course is in a nice clean set up that is hard to mess

and then it also comes with a section under the homework, where you add under which course

it is, and choose when do you want to be reminded

last but not least it has a Grades section

so you can keep track of your grades and see how much you need to work~

I give this a 5.5/5 for how awesome and convenient it is, the interference is so easy

I just love it ~~ <3

but sadly I don't think it comes on iPhone or BlackBerry.

Study checker has a very simple idea two buttons

One to start studying

and another to start your break

I think it's nice and easy and it keeps track of how much you studied 

it's very easy and simple in concept so you can't get lost in it~

It gets a 4/5 for just not making a schedule option

so you can start your studying sessions as planned.

I haven't checked if it comes for iPhone or BlackBerry, *sorry*

iFlashcards free is such a nice app, where you can make your own 

Flash cards for whatever subject without the trouble of carrying them around

It's very easy to use and it has an extra pro where it comes for both Android and iPhone~

so it gets a 3.5/5 mainly cause I don't use flashcards myself

but all and all it's quite a good app.

AA task app

I love this~

it's so awesome it's like a daily planner but with more features

you have 4 categories and the calendar present most of the time

1. The schedule: where you can add in whatever your plans for the day

2. Objectives: where you add a description about the plans and what on

3. Values: I don't know what it's used for XD

4. Memos: where you can add tiny notes for yourself

it also has many features like basically acts like a reminder/Calendar

you can set several levels of priority, I find it quite useful to organize my time

cause I'm quite the forgetful person and I will forget any event

no matter how important it is if I don't write it down

or have a reminder

it gets a lovely 5/5 for its variety  and easy interference

So these are the free and easy to use apps I found on the Android

I'm find these quite useful, but if you do find other apps

as good or better, feel free to tell me, I'd love to share~

Love/Hate Relationships

Hello my kittens~~~

Another lazy post coming your way~~

Ok so I am going to post is

10 things I love about myself

and another

10 things I hate about myself

soo here we go~

I'm going to start with the things I hate

cause then when I'm close to finishing the post

I wouldn't hate myself so much XD

~~~~~

I hate:

1. The fact that I'm too short (158 cm!! really body? really?)

2. My slow metabolism (I want to eat without gaining weight )

3. My acne scars (they suck but they're fading now~ a bit to slowly, though)

4. My hair grows too fast (sucks if have layers)

5. My round face.

6. My nails split too much.

7. My Scoliosis 

8. The fact that I prefer to procrastinate.

9. My dry hair (and it has no reason to, I take good care of it!!)

10. The fact that I don't have pouty lips... (my lips are fine, but pouty lips are cute)

I love:

1. My childish face~ (I always look younger than what I really am, people rarely guess my age right)

2. I don't have a lot of problems finding the shoes for me, I usually take the ones on display and they fit fine

3. My eyes (They're not too big, but I like them :D)

4. My lashes ( I can go out without mascara and look fine)

5. That fact that I'm comfortable in my own skin (I don't need makeup to feel god about myself)

6. My hair grows quickly (it's awesome if you have an awkward haircut XD )

7. Drawing!! being able to draw is such a gift and I love it so much~

8. The fact that I wear what I want and don't care if people think I'm under-dressed or whatever

9. The fact that if I want something done, I can work for so long, through so much to get it.

10. Myself, that might sound vain to many of you, but in order to love other, and be happy with your life

you need to love yourself and be happy with what you have.

Okay so I'm really proud that it took me a long time to write the stuff I hate about myself

cause it was hard for me to think of them, that means I'm on the right path

and the fact that I could write the things I love about myself

in less than 10 mins~ 

The point of this post is that, no matter how many things you don't like about yourself,

you can always find things you do

The important thing is to love yourself the way you are

and only change for the better

and only for yourself

cause then you will do it in the best form~

6. I'd rather be dressed for comfort rather than fully glamed up

7. I'm quite the procrastinator 

8. I love Art but I also love Science

9. I love RPG type games soo much~

10. I almost never tell anyone my secrets 

11. I'm extremely random

12. Even though Arabic is my first language I suck at it XD

13. I love Pokemon and I'm proud of it

14. I'm a Chocoholic 

15. I love Violent/Action-filled/Thriller movies

16. I'm not as tall as I wish I was

17. My hair grows quickly XD

19. I like stress, cause stress makes me want to draw

HP Printer 4580 All-in-one Review

Hello my kittens,

Today I had to post his cause I'm honestly fed up with

the horrible and over-priced products that

HP produces!!

Ok so about a Year and a half ago I got the cursed torture

device made by HP from their officejet series

Mine was HP officejet J4580 All-in-one Printer

Take a good long look at this piece of junk 

cause if you saw this I advice you to bring a hammer

and smash it

Cause that's how it left me feeling after using it for all this time...

~~~~~

Ok let's start:

I have to be honest Printing wise 

it does the job,

but when I get an All-in-One device

I want it to do them all equally!!

The printing process takes longer than it should though,

pages get stuck, it's noisy takes a lot of space

and it many times it prints the page slanted

the usage of ink isn't low either, but since I don't use it for everyday it lasts for a while.

The scanner on top of the printer has the worst interference, 

the lid is horrible and for some stupid reason, 

the thought that if it could be dislocated it would be cool....

it's a a pain putting it back in place....

it did get stuck every once in while but it would get back to business 

Also the scanner

 breaks down for no apparent reason,

the first time it did my mother said it's my fault and poor storage

Although I knew it has nothing to do with that

since I stored it in a safe environment

but since my mother refuses to believe

that it will break down for no reason

I decided to take the blame so they will get it fixed

Did I mention that HP has the worst customer service in the history of Kuwait???

We had to go through a lot of trouble to get it fixed,

since it was broken down for over a few months

once we did it costs a bit of money considering how crappy this printer is

anyway it was fine and working for a while (a few months less than 4)

Until a few days a go when I wanted to scan a few of my drawing

So I can start on the new blog theme

It broke down!!!!!

This time my mom couldn't blame it on anyone

cause we treated that piece of sh*t like freaking royalty!!!

The scanning moving wand would get stuck all the time

and for it to move you have to knock on the side...

And when it starts moving it scans nothing at all!!

~~~~~~

Ok I'm going to stop now because if I continue I will not stop at all 

because I have suffered a lot at the hands of HP

So basically speaking HP get only a 0.5/4 because it prints

Anyway dealing with HP made me don't want to have

anything with the company

So hopefully soon I'll get another printer 

away from HP and from that crappy brand...
