Hello my kittens~~

you may go ahead and shoot me

but I did finish the most annoying course in the history of the Universe

with pretty good grades so there!

All my semi-hard work payed off XD

Anyways I've been seeing this tag all over youtube and blogs

and I wanted to do it for the longest time 

so here it is!!

1. I'm a short person, not too short but not tall enough I'm 160 cm or 5'2

yup I'm short...

2. I find glasses very attractive, on guys or girls, which is why I was super excited to 

get my glasses at the age of 11 I think? maybe earlier I don't remember

3. I'm a serial reader, if I don't have a book with me in my bag whenever I go I become very

uncomfortable, I don't know why, I don't like being bored XD even though I have my phone

24/7 with me.

4. I'm Claustrophobic, I found out I had it while playing Red Ninja: End of Honour and I 

had to crawl in those tiny tunnels, and ever since I've been scared of small spaces or closed spaces.

5. When I'm obsessed with something it's all I think about 24/7 even in my dreams!!

Yes let be a video game, a series, a manga, an anime or a book, it gets to the point of me dreaming about it.

6. I get bored very easily, if I'm no longer interested with whatever I'm doing I move on and never look back.

7. I'm Entomophobic, which means I'm petrified of insects! I hate them I despise them, I can't stand them

I don't even find butterflies cute!

8. I'm very punctual, I hate hate being late! I'd rather be super early than late any time.

9. I'm a bit of a hipster XD I don't like getting any type of clothing, or phones or anything 

that everyone has, I've always been like that.

10. I'm anti-social, I don't like being in a place with a lot of people, I don't dealing with a lot of people

it's one of those things that just annoys me.

11. I always like knowing what I'm getting when it comes to electronics, I always read up about

what I plan to get, so most of the time I'm well informed about the product, but I like

asking the seller to see the look of confusion on their face.

12. I'm a gamer, always been, always will be!

13. I find Mohawks very attractive.

14. I loooove Cats!! I do love all animals, but I prefer felines to other animals~

15. I find smart men extremely attractive!! And if someone who was super cute and well built but wasn't smart it would be a super turnoff for me XD I'm attracted to smart people!

16. I hate chickflicks! I'd be the girl who's in a movie with rarely any girls because all the girls are in a drama/romance movie while I'm in an Action/thriller movie~

17. My favourite colour is Turquoise, I love the darker shades of it rather than the light ones

but I still love the lighter shades, I just love blue~

18. I'd rather buy video games' related things than brands and stuff like normal girls do,

so you will find me boasting about my electronics/gaming related stuff than about my purses and stuff .

19. I love RPGs more than anything but I will get any type of game if it had a good story

so my main focus is the story~

20. I hate summer, cause I hate being hot, tanning and hot weather ruins the hair, I prefer

winter cause it's awesome!

21. I can never look good if someone else took a picture, I don't know why...

22. I like violent things, Violent music, violent video games, violent series and movies, violent books/manga

I will most likely love it.

23. I have a sweet-tooth, I love sweet things, especially chocolate. 

24. I'm a nocturnal artist, I draw best after midnight for some reason

*drawn at 1:30 am college night...*

25. I don't need caffeine to survive the day, I can go from 6 am to 3 am with no problem and

with 3 hours of sleep.

26. I have an obsession with Assassin's Creed; it's a way of life for me, I love it and I love

Ubisoft <3

27. I hate roses! I love Magnolias and Gardenias~

28. I love Razer!

29. I don't like talking in real life cause for some reason I always end up having my 

thoughts all mixed up, I like to talk via a chat, twitter or whatever XD

30. I have 3 piercings I want to get more on my ears, but for now I won't

cause my mom will murder me...

31. I'm horrible with directions whether I'm getting them, or giving them to someone, it's bad...

32. for some reason I'm always tripping on thin air...

33. Butter shortbread is my favourite type of biscuit, but I can't have more than one a day

cause they're so rich...

34.  I'm a Cynic.

35. I come of as cold and icy and I do mean it to be so, because I'm only super friendly

Online and to my close friends.

36. I can easily have a gaming session no less than 12 hours and it wouldn't be an issue 

until my parents come in and threaten to turn off my PS3 because my eyes are too red...

37. I listen to all the colourful shades of Metal world, alternative and rock.

38. I can cook!! and pretty good judged by the amazing cook which is my mom.

My specialty noodles! taste like heaven <3 

39. I'm very very lazy and a procrastinator, but if I set my mind to something I will finish it.

40. My first video game ever was Pokemon Red, I still have it somewhere in my house

I played it at at least 10 times in my life, and yes I chose Charmander

in the Original Pokemon Red!

41. I like to keep myself informed when it comes to the gaming/electronic world

but wouldn't know my head from tail in politics and economy news.

42. I love Biology and Zoology and I'm very passionate when it comes to Heredity diseases.

43. I have a weird dark sense of humor and I don't mind.

44. The only time where I am super girly is when I'm in a Juicy Couture store.

45. I may have a slight OCD tendencies and I'm almost sure that I have ADHD

46. I love Fantasy, Sci-fi and any weird thing that is set in a completely

different world.

47. I'm a joke killer, I either over scientifically analyse it, or not get it cause my sense of humor is dark.

48. I love love artbooks and I have a weird obsession of collecting them, simply put I can't ever go in a 

bookstore and not buy a single book.

49. I get mentally and emotionally attached to protagonists and villians in books or video games, not in movies though, I really really get emotionally attached to them! I even hate their 

love interest XD

*one of the characters I got emotionally attached to, Kogami from Psycho-pass*

50. I'm a huge Mythology and history fan, which means movies like Hercules and Thor made me

cringe a LOT because of the inaccuracy they have, I could barely go through

Hercules, it wasn't hard in Thor's case *HUNKS!!*

   

   Okies sorry for the none useful post and the amount of posts happening...

I just can't find 24 hours a day enough to do everything I want...

Burger Hub and B+F Open Flame Kitchen Restaurants reviews

Hello my kittens~~~

Please don't kill me T.T

I know it's been over a month since the last update...

But blame the freaking workload I have this course...

I swear the whole month of March I had exams...

I'm still having exams but whatever I'm going to finish those two reviews 

cause it's been faaar too long...

it's a two in one post so I hope it makes up for the nonesene that happened XD

Let's start with Burger Hub: 

Burger Hub had a mildly good location, the service was nice, there wasn't much people there we were the first there XD

the inside was a grungy and modernish theme, I liked it the lights were not that bright,

so we decided to sit outside in the open air which was a good idea honestly~

This is the most delicious piece of heaven fries ever!!!

It wasn't just one type of fries it had balls, crisps, regular and onion rings

it's basically amazing~

Sadly I forgot all the names of the dishes cause it's been forever since I went...

Sorry..

I really loved how they bring you your food in pans which is super cool, the mini burgers are good for first timers it won't commit you to any burger and you get to taste all of them without killing yourself

I forgot what my burger's name but it had dried sun tomatoes and it was super light, I was opting for as healthy as possible thing XD

all and all I give this restaurant a 4.5/5 mainly cause the interior was a bit meh, but the food is amazing!!

Let's move on to 

 

So many things went wrong in this place I can't even begin...

after a few tries with this place we finally were lucky enough to get a table

Lucky... not really

We asked for a table for 5

they gave us a table for 4 and it didn't really fit what we ordered even though we didn't order much!!

You can see from the pictures that the lights were very very dim, and the menu was metallic colour and the dim lights reflected on the menu making it extremely hard to read the already tiny font...

Super fail...

The interior was quite nice I actually liked it and I was expecting a lot from this place since people have been raving about it...

 

The forks were retarded seriously... I liked my vegan drink though~

I ordered the Dynamite fries, I remember it cause it was such a fail!!

It wasn't even close to spicy!! barely the spiciness of the black pepper you apply to your eggs..

It wasn't that tasty either I mean how can you screw up chilli fries?

my friends ordered the Penne pasta and asked for it to be just a bit spicy and it came to them flaming hot...

Annd it took them 25 minutes to get my sister her drink!!! Which was Sprite!!! how long does it take to pour Sprite? Mind you we did remind them twice about it...

She ordered a pizza which she says was pretty good,

but I think it's physically impossible to make a bad pizza, if they did I would kill them...

After we were don't they took 20 minutes to give use our check!!

we Asked 3 times!!!

We just wanted to be out of that place it was sooo horrid!!

and it took them 10 minutes to give us back our change!!

So B+F Open flame Kitchen gets a 0.5/5 for the good interior, 

but everything else was bad! especially the service...

Anyways that's it for these reviews!

I will hopefully get as much possible this week cause I'm starting finals and final projects soon

so I will most likely be MIA again for a while...

Hello Kitty Cafe Kuwait

Hello my Kittens~~

This review is waaaay over due

I have tried a few more places in Kuwait so I can a few more posts up and ready

but I won't post all of them together~~

cause I'm stingy like that :p
~~~

The inside of the cafe is actually pretty adorable
 but the way the tables are arranged
is a not good, and it doesn't allow maximum customer comfort 

~~

The dessert selection is soo stupid!!! for you to pick the hello kitty shaped cakes
you have to get up from your table go down to the  first floor
and choose your cake!
not only that, they have a limited selection
so it's not diverse
not only that, when I got down to select that last piece of the vanilla hello kitty cake
they sent it to the wrong table!!!
and the people at that table they were like we didn't order this
and when I called her to tell her, that was the last piece that I chose
she upturned her nose on me!! even though the other table refused to take that cake...

 I don't even remember the name of the drink I got but it has pineapple and coconut
and something else,
we all got drinks and one already ready hello kitty cake and we had to wait for 35 minutes
my drink was pretty good, but please I'm not gonna wait 35 mins for a drink...

Aside from the extremely slow service

and the non-friendly staff

and the limited dessert selection,

there's still bad stuff

the place was sadly packed with kids

and apparently everyone has become a professional photographer

with their iPads making it physically impossible to take proper pictures...

~~~

This cafe gets a  a 1/5 for the cute décor and that's it!

I'm a huge Hello Kitty fan, I love all Hello Kitty things but I was extremely excited when this opened

let's say it completely failed to par with normal Cafes around them

I'm sad to say I will not visit this place again ever.

Drugstore Products review

Hello my Kittens~~

I told you I have another post lined up for ya~

I think since my semester started my posting will only be possible on weekends...

So the products I got on a whim from Boots

cause they had this 2 products for the price of one

and so on

So these are the two products I got from Dermocare

the one on the right as you can see is a Moisturiser, while the one on the left is a Pore minimiser serum

~~~

The Day & Night Moisturiser is 

not the worst moisturiser

but not the best...

it felt really sticky on my face,

doesn't absorb quickly

and doesn't feel really moisturising...

but the good thing is

it doesn't give that oily look and

It did not break me out, so I kept using it for a month like it says on the box

no difference in my skin

doesn't feel moisturised as it does when I use my moisturiser I got from my dermatologist.

so it gets a 2/5 for not breaking me out and no oiliness.

The Pore Minimiser Serum is really good!!

for the price I thought it wouldn't work really...

but it works nicely

the pores are noticeably smaller after 3 weeks of use 

even though they said results after 4 weeks~~

extremely quick to be absorbed by the skin!!

doesn't leave oily feeling

feels refreshing and cooling

doesn't break me out!!

unlike two other pore minimisers I'll be reviewing soon~~

overall it's really a good serum

of course it doesn't make the pores disappear, but 

any girl with oily skin will be thankful for anything

that makes those huge things get reduced XD

I actually don't feel embarrassed by them any more~~

Gets a 5/5 for wonderful results~~

DmC Video Game Review

Hello my Kittens~

it's been faar too long since my last blog

sorry about that...

Second Semester started and I'm already suffocated with work...

Anyways I have a few post ready to go to make it up 

for all the laziness~

Today's post as you can tell from the title is the 

New DmC game

DmC if you are not familiar with the series stands for

Devil May Cry

I've been a Devil May Cry girl since I got my PS2

Which was a good more than a decade ago~

God I feel so old...

So like all DmC fans I was outraged by the complete 180 in Dante's look

So angry in fact that I decided I'd quit DmC

But after hearing from so many that the game was amazing

I decided to get it and try it out

Let's just say I was not disappointed

~~~

 Let's Start with the Review:

The game is not for kids I tell you!

I read in many other blogs that they don't like the new Dante personality because of the constant

swearing...

I'm sorry but this is where we disagree XD

I'm born with a mouth of a sailor

I curse like there is no tomorrow when playing

and sometimes in real life too

so if anything the cursing is quite enjoyable for me~~

cause we almost say the same curses most of the time =^v^=

Dante's new redone personality makes it look a bit more

like him when he was younger

I know this is not a prequel but it feels like that to me 

so Dante's new redox get a 5/5 for the haircut alone~

and let's note talk about those pretty eyes <3

I'm captivated~~

*Considering I'm a girl that makes me subjective to physical appearances of cute male character~*

Let's move to the Gameplay

If anything the gameplay alone is what made the game awesome

the lines and everything else was meh,

but the gameplay is freaking amazing

so fast paced 

and the new controls of being able to easily juggle all your weapons in a single touch of a button is pretty cool

The Gameplay alone made me replay the game almost as soon as I finished it!!

Only problem is there is no lock button...

it's all fine and whatever when you're attacking ground-based enemies

but when you're trying to shot those annoying aerial-type demons it almost makes you wanna kill yourself...

the whole game is quite easy even on Nephilim(Difficult) level

I usually play Medium difficulty first to get a feel of the game then after finishing it

I move up the difficulties, and it's pretty easy to beat

that kinda took away from the game

since I know regular difficulties in other DmCs kind already let you replay 3-4 times to beat a boss

but in this one you beat the boss and in perfect time score too...

Gameplay gets a 4.75/5 for the minor issues I noticed.

Storyline?

The storyline was ok I guess since it's hard to match up to the older DmCs

but I enjoyed it,

I have this thing where I don't compare games

and guess what it works great

cause if expect games to be all in the same levels you're going to be gravely disappointed.

I enjoyed the story to say the least

Didn't mind Dante's new cute puppy like personality 

Virgil is what made me raise an eyebrow about the whole new shake up

older DmC fans won't trust him like me

not gonna post much spoilers but I really liked the new brotherly relationship the shared 

it was adorable.

I wanted to like Mundus but Goooood he's like a one broken record

his personality bored me...

And no I'm not gonna say nice things about Kat she annoyed me to say the least

at some points I wanted to slap her in the face and yell at her to grow a pair...

the story get a 3.75/5 cause it was enjoyable

So the whole game gets a good 4/5 

which is a good score compared to the other blogs I've seen XD

but seriously I didn't regret getting the game to say the least

Oh yeah totally forgot to talk about the soundtrack!!!

OMG it was EPIC!!!

I loooooved the soundtracks, I'm getting both albums by CombiChrist and Noisia cause 

they were freaking amazing!!

and that gives the game score a new 4.5/5 cause of the awesome music alone~ <3

I live in Narnia or Middle Earth

Hello my Kittens

Today I have a rant post ^w^

I'm going to rant about the freaking stupid shipping

For some reason it is physically hard 

for some people to ship to Kuwait

it's not like I live in Narnia or Middle Earth!!!

My country ships oil to many countries worldwide daily!!

and I get the we don't ship to your location sh*t!!

I know there are other few methods

but I don't want them

I don't feel safe with them

why can't I get stuff shipped directly to my address?

and without Insaaaanse rates...

when the shipping and handling rates are the same price

as what you are ordering if not more

doesn't it make you weep???

I swear to God people I'm not in an isolated island in the Atlantic

nor do I live in the ring of fire to suffer from this >x<

I demand shipping to my location!!!

I also demand cheaper shipping rates to my address 

no need to pay 50+ $ for delivery that takes place between 8-16 days

So freaking expensive!!!

and with that I leave you with this thought

Why must we suffer back-breaking shipping rates??

Assassin's Creed Renaissance Book Review

Hello my Kittens~~

Happy 2013~~

it's been a week since 2013 kicked in and I thought that I should

Do a book review~~

This is so overdue DX

but it won't be long cause I don't want to post spoilers or anything

~~~

So the review is going to be about:

This book is amazing, 

whether you are a fan of the Assassin's Creed Series or just looking for a good book to read

Oliver Bowden stayed quite authentic to the series

take it from me I played the full game over 4 times XD

but it also went deeper into the Character of Ezio Auditore

explaining many things that were a but amiss in the game

I liked the detailed description

the thrill in the book, the events the other characters

the interaction was phenomenal in the book

I'm glad I got the second book already and I'm so going to order the rest of the series soon enough

Also one the nice kinks is like the game you get to learn a lot of Italian ~~

There is two whole glossary in the back of the book 

one with the list of characters of importance 

and the other is the very "creative" phrases and words 

I like it cause it have a lot of curse words XD

Considering I'm a baits opinion on this I give the book a 5/5

1. for keeping me interested 

2. for staying true of the characters 

3. beautiful illustration of the buildings and places

4. the detailed glossary 

5. for the action packed book <3
